Welcome to the VFS Online Audit Portal. This portal enables you to search for and view your online report. It is also where you can request access to a report.

Find Report

To view your report, please type your report ID into the search box by clicking on 🔍 or 'Find Report' in the top-right of the screen.

Problems viewing the Report

Note: If the report doesn't display after clicking on the link (such as getting a 404 error), it may be because:

1) Your email address isn't associated with a Google account (it is not recognisable by the Google Authentication system)

or

2) Your email address hasn't been added to the Approved Readers' list.

Request Access

To be added to the Approved Readers List, please request access to your report by following the instructions below:

1. Fill in the form below. You will be prompted to log into your Google Account if you are not already signed in. If you have more than one, please choose the one that you wish to associate with your company email address.

2. Enter your company email address, the one that you want your company representative to approve access for.

3. Enter your company's unique code into the grid.

4. You're done. Your company representative will handle the rest.

Associate your email address with a Google Account

To control access to reports we use Google's Authentication and Authorisation service.

For Google's system to be able to authenticate that you are who you say you are, you must have a Google Account.

We will NOT provide access to your Google Account, only to your company email address. However, we do require you to associate your company email address with your personal Google Account for the Google Authentication to work. You can disassociate this at any time.

Once you have completed the above process, please confirm that your email address is now associated with a Google account by using the Request Access form above. If you have submitted the form already, to request access, please submit the form again to let our admin team know to retry adding your email address to the Approved Readers List.
